I was born and raised in Kaukauna, WI. I graduated from Kaukauna High school in 2009. I then attended the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh where I received my Bachelors in 2013, and worked as a Community Service Officer with the campus police department. Finally, I earned my Juris Doctor at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee in 2018. While in law school I interned at the Vel R. Phillips Juvenile Justice Center providing legal research for Milwaukee County Judges and Court Commissioners, as well as attending meetings for the Family Drug Treatment Court; the court aids parents whose children have been removed from their care due to drug use in their rehabilitation with the intent of reunification with their children.
Since graduating from law school I was in private practice as an attorney in Milwaukee, then Sauk City, Wisconsin, primarily focusing in family law (divorce, child custody, and child placement) and estate planning. I also served Columbia County, WI as a Guardian ad Litem since 2019 representing the best interest of minor children involved in divorce, paternity, and grandparent’s rights matters.
In February 2022, I left my position as an attorney, moved back to the district, and focused solely on my run for office. As your representative, I will give this position the same level of attention.
My wife Devon and I were married in June of 2021 in Door County. My father George, now retired, worked as an over-the-road truck driver, in Wisconsin’s paper mills, and served in the U.S. Navy. My mother, Carmen, has worked maintaining medical records for several health facilities in the Fox Cities area.
